Started in Lexington Kentucky, USA in 1992, Everburn Manufacturing has firmly established itself as the market leader in the Hearth Industry.  Products manufactured include handcrafted, richly detailed ceramic and high definition logs, brick, stone and tile panels, niches, burners, embers and a wide variety of ember and contemporary media, all of which can be shipped in high volume with very short lead times.  We are the only company that can do this. Our “just-in-time” production processes accommodate seasonal and unpredictable customer requirements.

Behind this world class system is a world class team of 120 members handcrafting the most complicated artistic products, backed by exceptional design, product development and mold shop teams. We are the only company with a full time design studio team of highly gifted artists that create award winning designs. Nearly 3000 sets designed – countless industry accolades and we still continue to INNOVATE!

Our Premium ceramic fiber logs exhibit a realistic high glow within moments.  The color and texture range of our hand painted logs and panels are beyond imagination.  More than others will attempt. The team has several industry firsts to its credit which are; split log, charred log,  hollow and rotted logs, multicolored logs, one piece log set, textured panels, multicolored panels, stone panels,  contemporary panels, curved niches, realistic embers, colored vermiculite and rock wool…..the list goes on.
